“The manager of the Parksville Sentinel storage is awesome. Full of helpful information. He supported us in every step of our storage needs as we ended up with 3 storage units during our move. His professionalism and pleasant manner, made a very stressful event in our lives - moving - a lot less painful we would HIGHLY recommend”

“We have dealt with these people before and every time it's the same, completely awesome. They are helpful kind and polite. The units are always clean and just what you rent. No hidden surprises or costs. Hands down a revisit anytime I need to store my stuff safe and dry.”

“I would say cubit is the best choice if you are doing the moving and storage at the same time. I used them for more than half a year and the content stored in the container is dry and in good condition. I was worried the moisture in a closed metal container can be bad but glad to find out it is not the case. Their customer service and communication is great and on point. I rescheduled the delivery and pick up of the container several time just 1 day ahead because I cannot finish the moving and they accommodate my request every time. Another advantage is that you can rent cubit by weekly whereas some of the brick mortar requires a monthly contract. I would say the price is a little high but I search around all the brick and mortar self storage and cubit has the best rate for the storage size. I guess storage is expensive nowadays. With overall experience, I would use them again.”

“The guys who came to move our possessions from our home were friendly professional and efficient. I loved how every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped in blankets before taking it out to the truck and that every item and box was recorded for inventory purposes!”
