Just tried to call and order a washing machine you think this company would wanna sell you one but yet you can’t do it over the phone which is crazy being 2024 , anyways they lost out on over 1000$ today for a washer . Called Home Depot they did it right away and within 15 mins they took my payment over the phone and had one one the way , free delivery and free pickup I suggest anyone looking for a big item to use Home Depot instead . Yea better service , and a lot more help . :)

Drove in from Calgary with 2 phones that could not charge and checked in with the folks here. Gabriel took one look, pulled out the tweezers and air compressor, and out came the fur balls from the charge port. Knew exactly what to do. So grateful !

I called the Source wondering if they had any resources to revive my phone which suffered some battery damage. I needed to transfer my info from the old device to my new device, but even the port was not working! I spoke with Gabriel and he offered to take a look at this problem. I figured it was a total loss, but Gabriel managed to repair the port and brought it back to life so I could do the transfer. Gabriel was very pleasant and patient with my lack of I.T knowledge and questions and pointed me in the right direction. Two thumbs up to Gabriel at the Source Fernie!

Cari and Crystal and Gabriel and all staff at the store in Fernie went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist my 87 year old Father with his broken IPhone and computer. Can’t say enough about the amazing experience. Soooo happppy!! They all deserve a raise !!! Thanks again.
