I had very little time to get some shopping done before a conference and the owner took time out of her weekend to go in early and set aside a selection of items for me to try when I was able to go. The sales person was very charming and attentive. I noticed a recent one star review and it saddened me but I do have to say as a business owner myself no business is immune from a lapse in customer care. It’s so important how that business reacts after such a situation and I have 100% faith that the owner addressed it quickly, professionally and with compassion. I will be going back.”
