The gentleman that took care of us thoroughly understood the situation. He and others worked quickly to patch the tire!! He was also a wealth of knowledge in regards to driving to Jasper, using the BC website. Thank you, Integra Tire!”

I don’t understand how people are allowed to submit a google review, give a poor review and leave no actual comments. It’s not fair for local business owners to get bad reviews for no reason. “I have never had anything but good experiences coming here! They have always gone above and beyond for me as a customer. Spending time sourcing out a solution to a problem that they couldn't solve when I needed specialized equipment for a Subaru repair, being honest with me about whether a repair is needed (including giving me advanced notice of upcoming maintenance that may be needed within the year and telling me when maintenance isn't needed when I thought it was), and most recently, helping me figure out why my car is making a sporadic sound on very short notice. “Booked my 2014 gmc truck here for an oil pump replacement. 12-14 hour long job on these trucks thanks to GM design also replaced the timing chain set as the job goes right by it. I had done all the cheap small fixes that could be done but the problem just got worse and didn’t go away. In the end it was the pump and I put eyes on it once removed. Giving it a 4 star only cus of the time it took to complete the work. Shop had a few shop related probes that caused the delay. The work done was good and truck is back in tip top running condition. A few problems popped up after the work was done “new codes” but the shop worked them out at almost little to no extra charge. The cost for the work done was a lot cheaper than anyone else in town and the current shop mechanic is very knowledgeable. I would return to this shop for future work as its current staff can handle the work and is good quality. I felt the need to put this review up as the reviews are lacking and dated. And its current mechanic took care of my truck. Can’t same much about years passed but currently a good place to take your trucks into.”
“Transmission went on my truck I was able to get it in to get looked at within two days, after the diagnosis they told me they needed to replace the transmission and would be able to start that day. They were done the next day within 24 hours. Amazing people

“Needed a service call done on a Sunday,, call center said it would be a $160 call out,, young fella came to fix the problem said it was a $200 callout fee ,, figured tire guys even add tips nowadays,, anyways fixed the problem, on my way..good service overall”

“Soon after we left Grande Prairie ( mom , grandma and 4 kids) with our 5 th wheel, it was noticed the trailer brakes were not working. After spending the night at Rotary RV Park Fort St John we called Bighorn at 8 am and they told us to bring the trailer straight in. The guys there went above and beyond repairing everything and making sure we would be safe driving to Whitehorse. They worked all day, even recommending where to take the kids so we could have a good day. We will be forever grateful for the amazing service and expertise.”

“This shop has been wonderful to deal with. One of our customers from Alberta broke down in Ft. St John with a failed part we had recently replaced. This shop took him in right away, helped us with the warranty part process, and got him back on the road within 2 days, when everyone else in the area is booking weeks ahead. The lady who handles the front and phones is so kind, knowledgeable, communicative and willing to help. It's nice to have another local shop to refer people to in Fort St John.
