Extremely rude and judgemental staff. Called to get my cheque released because this place has a ridiculous automatic 6 day hold on cheques, and the c*nt on the other end of the phone made rude judgemental remarks on where I spent my money, like that is any of her business. Totally unprofessional **DO NOT BANK HERE**

NPSCU's online banking application is the worst app I have ever used in my life. If you plan to do online banking, save yourself the headache and go to a chartered bank or some other alternative.

Couldn't even manage to put together a small bank draft. Told me to go get cash from their weird ATM on the other side of the road and when i brought the cash in to get the draft, was told nope, they still couldn't do it. What a joke.
