They have a really cute curated store. The first day I came and bought a few things the younger lady that worked there was lovely. The next day we came back to get some ice cream and the older lady that worked there was so rude that we decided to go find ice cream somewhere else. I imagine she’s not the owner as I can’t imagine an owner treating people the way she did.

It is place that send staff behind to check the customer stole something and even after they found that item in the store itself, they even don't have the manners to say sorry for the inconvenience. Felt insulted for our small trip to Island. But the senior lady was nice. As it is a small island there is not lot of options for some souvenirs. But if possible try to avoid.

This is my second visit here and each time I left with an armload of goods. Great selection of local artisan crafts, plenty of Gabriola Island souvenirs, great selection of world foods (Polish pickles anyone?), and frozen seafood. Great little store!

I find the staff not only friendly but very knowledgeable. They are an asset to our community in offering products that aren’t always offered at other stores. Well worth a drop in so see what they offer.
