This is the worst service I have ever received in my life from a financial institution. I opened a joint bank account back in June of 2022 with my business partner and was told my bank card would be sent to me. It is now nearing the end of October 2022 and I have still not received anything. I have sent numerous emails and even called and no one has bother to communicate back. Dean has done exceptionally well at a terrible job and do recommend that you use any financial institution other than BMo.I only give them one star because I had no choice.

Had a scheduled appointment for today, February 19, arrived and the bank was closed. No call, no email, no suggestion to rebook. Horrible customer experience.

We need a bank draft for emergency and went to this branch because we checked google map and even BMO App, said It is open on 31 July(Sat.) , but it’s actually closed, did not care customer at all!
