I delay with a Rude person named Ed Johnson. I made the mistake by contacting this deal as it’s not local to me. Ed assured me that it’s no worries and they deal with out of town buyers all the time. He’s not very polite through Email and after he asked me to give me a appraisal on my vehicle after the fact asked me for more information then the government census forms require just to have a deal sheet created. Big turn off I’ll never shop here or recommend anyone here just like when Haley was also I. White rock bc customer service.

6/5Great customer service and overall experience. Have a new Jeep needing its service and the previous dealership I bought it from had told me at my current mileage I needed xyz changed and replaced to maintain warranty and it could only be done with them.Called Haley and they advised that they can do the service there as per the contract so no need to go back to the mainland and that all I needed was an inspection of xyz, not replacement of the parts, saving me $1700 on what the other place was telling me.Could not be happier with good honest service from the people at Haley. Glad to find a place you can trust!

I just had a simple “nail in the tire” flat fixed this AM. Although it was a bit pricey in my mind (haven’t had to do this for 5-6 yrs), they were courteous and helpful. I even got my car washed/vacuumed which was a nice bonus. Thnx!

Exceptional customer service. Took my Buick in to check out a tapping sound. They put it on the hoist immediately, found the problem, fixed it. No charge to a very happy customer. Second service appt there, definitely my `go to` place in future!

I went in today for a noise my rear left tire was making... Turns out I needed rear brakes and wasn't expecting it. I saw Dan and the team in there, they fixed me up in record time. The price was within my budget, And I left feeling well taken care of; Definitely has not been my experience with majority of other dealerships I've taken my vehicle to. Absolutely this was a five-star experience! Thank you so much, I'll be back to top up my AC ?

I understand Haley dodge has some great reviews so maybe I caught them on an off day.I had a 10:30am appointment and drove an hour to get there. I told them that I had with me my two young grandsons, my son with a brain injury (who had left his phone home which is also a concern because he tends to wander) and a sick dog that needed to get to the vet. I explained to them each of the issues I was having with my vehicle. There many warning lights on and I knew that I had probably blown a fuse. I had previously taken it to a dealer in Port Coquitlam where they offered to change a fuse at no charge. Unfortunately they installed the wrong fuse. The man behind the counter told me it would cost $79.99 for each diagnosis. Some issues shouldn’t need electronic diagnostics if the mechanic knew anything about cars; so this just feels like a money grab! Haley dodge charged me $79.99 to diagnose the wrong fuse. My emergency brake light was on and instead of checking the brake fluid level, they also charged me $79.99 to diagnose the need for a fluid top up. There was a tire sensor light on and I told them the sensor must not be working because I had just had all the air pressure checked. They charged me another $79.99 just to tell me that a sensor wasn’t working. Obviously we knew that already! I realize this is how they make their money but let’s be reasonable and not overcharge the customer! As stated my appointment was at 10:30am and at noon I called them as my car was still in the spot that I left it. They hadn’t started on it yet! I was told they were waiting for a tech to diagnose the issues. I let him know we had a vet appointment at 2:30pm and he said he would keep me posted. He was abrupt and I explained that the reason that I called is that I wasn’t sure if the car was done or not worked on yet. He basically said “don’t call me I’ll call you”.At no point was I offered a courtesy car even knowing my situation. Most of the staff were very pleasant when we showed up to wait in the office for the last 45 minutes. Needless to say we missed our 2:30pm vet appointment. When discussing the bill the check- in check-out guy told me that the dodge dealership in PC should pay part of my bill for putting in the wrong fuse! We finally got the vehicle back with the sensor light still on, a list of things to be repaired and a ridiculous bill for $667.75. I have to say it wasn’t the most pleasant experience I’ve had. I’m very disappointed and feel that I have totally been taken advantage of.

Huge thank you to Kelsey!! my Truck was getting a ticking noise from engine, They took a look and confirmed the source of the ticking. It was all under warranty and got the parts in quick, Made sure i had a loaner vehicle. Delivered my truck back to me at work when i was all done.

Finally a great dealership to come to, was helped by Jordan (manager) during the entire buying process.From the first inquiry about a brand new Grand Cherokee 4xe to the hand over it was very smooth, no pressure, and questions were answered promptly.When we arrived at the dealership on pick up day, Ed (product advisor) was prompt to show us the vehicle and was very thorough on going over all the features our vehicle had, the service at Haley Dodge is second to noneWe are located in Vancouver and made the effort to travel to Haley Dodge when we could have bought locally, they are defiantly doing it right.Thanks again for the incredible service Jordan and Ed, and all the team at Haley DodgeWarmly,Aaron & Emilia
