this was a few years ago, but we went in to find a screwdriver/needle nose pliers small enough to open up a Pokemon Yellow Gameboy cartridge, and one of the employees went above and beyond by opening the shell for us and switching out the old battery with a new one we bought. was honestly incredible of him to do that
