I've lived in this town my entire life, and this store has always been horrible. The workers are completely useless, always talking to friends on their air pods, ignoring customers, being extremely rude and unprofessional, the list goes on. On top of that, they claim that we only have 10$ in Petro points even after SHOWING them we have well over 200. No apology, just a petty smirk. I've grown to hate the service here. Worst in Gibsons.
As well, the slushies are always out of service and are never cleaned. It's disgusting. If you want good service and slushies, go to the shell station up the road.
To the management, train your employees better and clean those nasty slushie machines. Thanks.

Terrible service. Why do you employ people that don't understand what their customer is even asking? Like this should be pretty basic stuff, but apparently not.

I had an excellent experience at this location thanks to jot. She greeted me with a smile, efficiently handled my fuel service, and offered extra help with my vehicle. Her professionalism and kindness were outstanding. Highly recommended!

So happy the great managers of PetroCan in Gibsons decided to change it to 24hrs. They also hired a bunch of new staff that are super friendly & helpful, like Jot who's great mood rubbed off on me & brightened up my day today!

Its a great store with great staff the manager is on point and makes it a easy fast visit great place to work and get some snacks gas its just nice place to be employed in happy about it

Had to catch a 6:20 AM ferry and I’m low on windshield fluid from the salt being put on the roads (winter season.). The cashier told me they were sold out. I Explained I just needed a little to clean my windshield. It was caked in salt.I was about to give up, just pour hot water on my windshield. She found one jug of windshield wash meant for employee use with a little fluid left and let me have it, free of charge. I was able to clean my windshield and make my ferry on time.This was a very kind gesture and I was extremely appreciative for it. Thanks for hiring awesome people! ?????

Don't do the propane tank exchange it's a total ripoff, my wife paid $43.17 for a 21 liter tank and propane is 89 cents a liter at Park (do the math).

The guy working on July 17 at 7:20 pm is very rude rushes you out and takes other customers when you are still paying gives you dirty looks when you take to long this has happened to me on a few occasions and I no longer like buying things when he is working
