I arrived in a panic. My car had suddenly started marking a startling noise, and I’m a long way from home. I’d had a nice guy in a parking lot take a look, and from that I’d called my mechanic at home— who told me to find someone local ASAP to verify if it was safe for me to limp it home or not.
Jordan had a look at my car, and confirmed the worst case scenario. He did so very kindly, and gave me a wealth of info to allow me to make informed choices (both currently, and with upcoming work).
Ultimately they weren’t able to fix my car in the 48 hours (late Friday afternoon through Sunday) I’m in Gibsons, but I know the issue, was given solid advice in multiple areas, and was also kindly given suggestions for places to explore on foot while I waited and with my new interrupted weekend plans!

If I was local, I’d return in a heartbeat.”
