Garbage customer service - sick and tired to talk to a robot for an hour to get dumped as the call dropped in getting transferred- less employees to feed is more money for the bank and extra money for the people bonuses at the top of the pole

Literally been with this bank since my first paper route at 13. Leaving after 20 years due to absolute trash customer service. Moved onto TD & couldn’t be happier. Even if it’s in the next town over.

Used to receive such good service at this branch, but since Gina Chapman, the branch manager has left, it’s really gone down hill - and being closed Saturdays now makes it really inconvenient for people who work full time during the week. That’s okey I’ve moved my accounts to another bank that is open the hours I need.

We recently came to RBC for advice about our investments. Having had a less than satisfactory experience with our previous advisor, we were quite apprehensive. However, Bram met with us at the Gibson branch and was great to work with. He answered all our questions with intelligence and understanding, he went out of his way to explain all the details so we were completely clear we knew what we were signing up for. A great experience all round.
