The employee was very friendly and helpful, working hard and mopping when I walked in. I used the washroom and it was clean. We used the free air and sani dump. This was a great everything place to stop when travelling with an RV.

“I visited the Shell station today and received exceptional service. The person behind the counter was incredibly kind and professional—helping me fill the tire pressure and even assisting my elderly mother. He then came out and hand-washed our car. I’m truly grateful for his thoughtfulness and outstanding customer care.

One in Wilson creek is awesome but the Gibsons one is Probably the worst gas station on the coast always a problem weather it’s the machine being down or the pump out of service they think their car wash gimmick is gonna help with how bad their customer service is

New management is horrible. Price more then any other in the area. I used to go here for marked fuel for the boat. Now they want you to fill out a form in great detail of where you live and business. I have a recreational boat at the pump! Stay away from this gas station!

The whole store smells like strong body odour. There are natural deodorants. There’s no excuse for this. Hold your breath or go to the other gas station. Also carwash isn’t great…..barely any soap but I think it’s the only one in Gibsons…

Shady shell. We paid on the Shell app and the manager tried to get us to pay again because he said something is wrong with his system. We have a transaction record from MasterCard saying we paid yet he claimed we haven't and threatened to call the police if we leave without paying twice. He put up a makeshift sign saying don't use the app instead of trying to fix the problem on his end. Don't waste your time at this location

They are not opening on time. It's 6:15 and the gas station is still close.

They are pretty skimpy on the soap. More of a car watering down than a car wash. I shouldn't complain too much. The car did come out "cleaner" than when it went in. Both manual and automatic, and it still was dirty afterwards.

This gas station, along with the other two gas stations Petro Can and Chevron have been getting away with ripping off the Sunshine Coast residents for a very long time ( the Three Stooges)Given that Vancouver has 18.5 cents of transit taxes that Coast residents do not have to pay on fuel tax kinda makes one wonder who's pocket the extra money is going into? The gas station owners on the Coast would have you believe it is the cost to transport fuel to the Coast is the reason prices are the same or more than Vancouver. Such statements are disingenuous.Having called the head offices of the above mentioned gas stations and was informed by each (like Parrots) that there is no collusion and that, 'Market forces determine the price of fuel'.Also, I was informed that the cost of transportation is shared equally by all gas stations province wide. It was explained that fuel delivery costs are the same for the gas station across from the refinery as was the cost to deliver fuel to remote gas stations.Currently on April 1st, 2022 the cost of a litre of regular gas in Port Hardy, B.C. (North end of Vancouver Island) is $199.9 and this rip off gas station I am currently commenting about, is charging $208.9 a litre. It is a sad day that predators such as these that have established their thieving ways with impunity on the Sunshine Coast and as of yet, not suffered any consequences for their actions.
