I appreciate how accessible this park is.
Toilets: These are single stall wheelchair accessible. Not pretty, but they are adequate. I would give it 5 stars if the bathrooms were nice.
Dog-friendliness: It's not fenced so, no off leash area, but otherwise good for dogs.
Picnic area: There's a few benches in the shade and a grassy knoll. There's also a water fountain next to the park sign.

A beautiful walk along the Gibson's waterfront will lead you to Winegarden park. This park is on a gentle sloping hillside in full sun.
It has a bandstand for local entertainment. There are small restaurants and shops within walking distance, and public bathrooms.

Beautiful area to walk along the sea shore. Gorgeous backdrop of snow top mountains.
Quaint shops. Restaurants with marina view.
Walkway is partly paved, partly small rocks.
Picnic area: On the grass. Not sure if there were picnic tables.

Beautiful place to visit. Great view of lower Gibson and the Marine. It's also a beautiful park with lovely trees and benches.

Community park. Big grassy hill, with a tiny Japanese type corner, some trees and flowers and rose bushes. Right on the water. Good practice place for reactive dogs and puppies in training to watch dogs and people from distance
Toilets: 2 toilet , you can also wash your hands
Dog-friendliness: On leash by law. But room to run with a long leash. Train puppies and reactive dogs to watch dogs and people from a distance. Or to train recall
Picnic area: Benches (a lot)
