I've been stopping here to gas up my truck & boat going to & from Tahsis since 2005. I tow my boat from Oregon each summer to salmon fish the Highway.Two years ago there was a mistake with my credit card and I overpaid. I didn't realize the error until a couple days later back in Oregon going over the billsI called the station and the manager & I worked through the issue and found the over payment. My plan was to pick up the refund when I came through in 2019. Unfortunately, plans changed and I didn't make it through Gold River.Then about 2 weeks ago I get a call from the manager asking when I plan to stop and pick up the money. They held the money in their safe for almost two years!I got my cash today!What an incredible customer experience! Hats off to Gold River gas station and their people!
