We called Ben's and immediately received assistance during the phone call, and although they were very busy at that time, Ben's made several organizing calls, and Ben himself drove out to rescue us, which took several hours for him. Ben and his staff were efficient, organized, friendly and cheerful. Upon arrival to our breakdown Ben, who is a creative problem solver, had several options for how we could manage our situation.
