It would have helped my move if there had been a ramp to rent. I wanted to move my piano but there was no ramp included with the 10’ truck that I rented.

Great service. The owner operates the uhaul as well as a mechanic..couldn't get my trailer lights to work and he immediately started helping check fuses to correct the problem...definitely recommend using this location if you plan on moving anytime soon

I am surprised/shocked really that this Uhaul dealership only has 2 reviews in! This guy was amazing today and with a nice attitude and helped saved me after my Uhaul I rented in Kelowna to go to Alberta and back to Kelowna to help a customer had a big time breakdown fail! I was stressed and worried from the day before until 9 am happened the next day, (today), when his location was open to help me. This guy arrived with a replacement Uhaul I could get back to Kelowna with. Luckily I was unloaded too and just trying to make it back!The other Uhaul location not so great. Open at 10 am so it was inconvenient and all of their trucks I found out were breakdowns and needing servicing and there were a lot there I noticed driving back to my hotel that I got to just barely!Long story not all mentioned as too much to type but this guy was just great and the other location right off the hwy by the hotels not so much. See my review for them too, thanks.

Best U-Haul in town! Ron is a great, friendly character who knows a lot about the business. He had me up and running in no time, even on short notice.

Best experience I’ve ever had renting from UHaul! Helped me out when the other agent in Golden did nothing! Ron is your go too guy for Uhaul in Golden went above and beyond. Very friendly and knowledgeable! I hope UHaul realizes what a great asset you are to their organization in that vast area you cover. Thank you again!
