Initially it was a bit hard to let go of the Extra Foods in Grand Forks but No Frills really levelled everything up. It has even better food options than the Castlegar and Trail locations. It's easy to access, has public washrooms, and loads of parking. With Buy Low gone, there's not really any reason to go anywhere else.
