First I met Ted and told him about my dilemma, then he referred me inside and I told Griffyn what was going on. He said they would look at it right away. I felt such a relief because that’s the last thing you want happening when you’re in the middle of nowhere. Anyway, they confirmed it was a loose wheel well liner and the put new clips on it, and did not charge me. I just want to say thank you guys, you were all so kind and I recommend to anyone who has an issue with their car to go see Griffyn and Ted at Carstar. They represent what real Customer Service is.”
