I spilled water all over my MacBook Pro and it fried up real good. Donna and Michael are super nice and were able to pull 20 GBs off the hard drive in a timely manner. Excellent service and reasonable prices. Very happy with the service and highly recommend giving them a visit if you're having any computer problems.

The Kropp Shop saved our bacon today. They are extremely helpful people. We came to our our remote jobsite today, a little unprepared, and they had exactly what we needed. Can't ask for better types of human beings.
Thank you Kropp Shop!

I too bought my second laptop from Michael & Donna late last summer and I LOVE IT!!! It's great to know if there is a problem or I'm not sure about something, they are right here in town and always ready to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else. :)
