“Definitely newer place and nice comfortable rooms also very quite. l Kitchenettes have full size fridge with freezer which is nice. Main floor rooms however have a exterior entrance but when asked why it can't be used was told "because the owner keeps them locked in case a guest forgets to lock there door." My opinion I feel is that motels have an exterior door on the ground and upper floor so why is this any different? The second and third floors have patios at this location in which you can open the door. Other then that the front desk has complimentary coffee and tea. There is a cart to bring luggage and things in. The door is not handicap accessible but can accommodate ease of entering. There is near by stores at the end of the block and a gas station all in walking distance. Staff are great and friendly.

Rooms: Comfortable room and air conditioning. Great bedding and 4 pillows. Laminate flooring. Newer appliances.

Walkability: Stores are walking distance from this location and also a gas Station with Subway within walking distance as well.”
