I’m new to living full time in the valley and I have to say how wonderful it is to have a post office who knows you personally. The crew at the Invermere office has helped me and my fiancee get settled here. They consistently go above and beyond!

I have have nothing but praise for the staff of the Invermere Post Office. They are efficient, congenial and considerate. I have mobility issues. On several occasions one Invermere postal staff member carried a large package to my vehicle without me asking. That is real customer service at its best

I worked as a post office manager for 2 years in Calgary. In 3 years of living in Invermere this post office rarely sorts parcels on time. The parcels sit for 2-3 days in the sorting room. Canada post corporate can be difficult. There are many friendly staff who are trying their hardest.
