“Ross and Josh are absolute gems! When our hiking party found ourselves with two flat tires on the Bugaboo Forest Service Road, Ross went above and beyond to get us the help we needed despite being on another call. Josh was called in to support and his honest and upfront communication style left us feeling assured that we were making the right decision to leave the vehicle with them and continue on our way home with good Samaritans offering to drive us back to Alberta. Josh was even answering texts well after his work day had ended from his personal residence- seriously!! Ross continued to demonstrate stellar customer service as he personally towed our vehicle back to Alberta for us in the following days. This entirely stressful experience was made so much lighter by the above and beyond service these folks provide. I highly recommend calling them if you ever find yourself in need- you won't regret it! They are amazing humans- thanks again Ross and Josh- we are so grateful we called you!”
