A relatively cheap 24 hour gym in a convenient location. The playlist hits way harder than a gym playlist should. Usually empty during the night hours. Some of the equipment is worn down though.

Excellent gym! The staff were great and let me drop in on short notice. Lots of equipment, including free weights, squat racks, cardio, etc… Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a serious training gym.

I inquired about personal training and koz was more interested in explaining that all his competitors are no good trash, rather than explaining to me what he could offer me. Thanks, but No Thanks. That not the type of attitude I look for in a "professional."

Love it! Got an amazing program for an even better deal. They even want doctor approval before creating programs for people with injuries. The fact they remain that professional and recognize where there knowledge is and isn't is rare in this industry. Will keep getting updated customized programs to follow from Greg.
