I went to 3! Different Telus stores in town and sat on the phone for half an hour before going in here as a last ditch effort to resolve my issue. It was the only telus experience I got, including the phone call, where the staff actually greeted me upon entering, they were friendly, polite, and mostly importantly the only ones that could seem to help me with my issue. Didn't get the gentleman's name that helped me but both him and the young girl working with him were a pleasure to deal with after my experience as a whole. If you have questions or concerns regarding your account I would highly recommend dealing with them above the others in town. Thanks again for helping me out!

Chris helped me out over the phone to get wifi set up. He was super helpful and informative, and within about 15-20 minutes or less, he had totally me all ready to go with a router on the way. He also helped me find a great deal with a credit that ended up covering the first month or two of my bill. :D thank you for all the help, it was probably the easiest wifi setup process I’ve ever gone through!
