“1st time taking my V8 Jaguar F-Type in for a service previously I had used the Jaguar dealer in kelowna. I was referred by a good friend to try them. Pricing was similar although Riversyde uses a better grade of synthetic oil at about 19$ a liter. I Mentioned a few things beyond the service like a squeaky brake front drivers side. When I got the car back I noticed a few small things that are important to me. 1. No oily fingerprints on the hood or body anywhere 2. No boot dirt or grime on the interior matt. 3. Brake squeaks were gone as they blew out the brake dust shoots

“Quite literally the best tire shop in Kamloops! I had a flat in July that they patched and yesterday the tire started leaking again. They replaced the tire for me (not at my expense) and let me know what had happened. Considering the tire went flat just before Christmas, I was concerned about cost and was so very thankful this didn’t cost me. They have gone above and beyond making sure to see my car the same day for the 3 visits. Thank you again, I truly appreciate it!!”
“My window washer fluid pump stopped working right as we got a bunch of snow. They got me in right away, and were very well priced and informative, you can tell they care about being good to their clients. I don’t remember the names of the guys helping me, but they were super friendly and very helpful and I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off even with my lack of knowledge of cars. “My car is my baby and most shops are not equipped to work on it because of the make and model so I’ve only ever taken it to the dealership. Recently, the dealership was unable to diagnose the problem and so was another big-name repair shop in town. I took it to Drago’s and… WOW! These guys are amazing! In 40 years of owning a car I have never received such outstanding service and quality of work that Drago’s provided. They are not just good, they are honest and they truly care about their customers! It’s an understatement to say that I highly recommend them.”

“Doug was fantastic to deal with and I would highly recommend working with this shop. I travel to Kamloops frequently for schooling from out of town and my Subaru decided to flash all the transmission lights on the dash as I was heading home. The team provided me a safe and warm space to lay low while I waited for a ride to come from out of town. Although the team was unable to fit my vehicle in, they took it upon themselves to connect with another shop for me. When they contacted me, I was unsure how I would get my vehicle to the other shop and they took it over there for me. I believe this shop is honorable and effective in their communication. I will definitely bring my car here again in the future! Thank you for your help!”

I took my car into Redline to get my exhaust redone as the tip had rusted and fallen off. The crew got me in quickly and were able to fab and install the new exhaust pipe and tip within an hour and a half! I was very happy with the service provided and the pricing was very good. I will be going back in the future if any other problems arise!”

“Ethan and Kolton have given me superior customer service. I started coming to this fountain tire upon hearing how well they balance tires (specifically from Kamloops car scene members). I made a deal with Ethan at that time (2-3 years ago) that if they balanced my tires perfectly I’d give the lads a box of donuts. Well, they did. Since then this fountain tire has been my go to tire shop. Truck tires, car tires, tractor tires, trailer tires, everything. Each time I come in they are always on their A-game. Offering insight on the best tires for my use, best deals, and when they can, discounts.

“My first purchasing experience with this dealership was great. They even gave me a quick lesson on how to drive a manual Jeep. That was 3 years ago and when I inquired about getting an upgrade, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about my every need. When I refused their first 3 offers, they didn't give up and bent the knee to give me the deal I was looking for. On the day of picking up my new truck, I inquired about a tonneau cover... they had it in stock, but no staff to do the install. I asked if I could install it myself on the lot and asked if I could borrow some tools from them. Yuup! No problem, the parts manager even came out himself and helped me with the install. Saved myself a boat load of installation fees and I enjoy getting things done myself. Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.”
