Went in the other day. Asked a random guy a question about Saxx and turned out to be the manager (Jenna I believe her name is) and her man. She ended up dropping what she was doing (not on shift) and helping me with my inquiry. Hands down best experience I have in the mall this Christmas season.

Went into this store today in Kamloops what a great store the manager Jena was so great with my wife and daughter if there was 10 star I would give it to this store and manager. It was the cleanest store I have seen for a very long time. The manager as great customer service and she knows her products that you guys sell. I will highly recommend this store to all my friends and family and my customers as I would with a lot of people.

Went in today, asked for help from the female manager who never gave me her name, she was very rude and abrasive. She berated me and my boyfriend for going in together stating we were “red flags”. Will never be returning, would give 0 stars if possible

went in to find some new shirts and the store had a good vibe. The new staff looked like they were enjoying their job and were joking around together. They showed me some koala brand t shirts and now I have 2 new sets of cords to go with the shirt. Definitely recommend

I stopped the store today when I was at the mall because I noticed new staff. It has a new manager and totally new staff now and the customer service is amazing! Definitely give this store another try even if you had a bad experience in the past because I guarantee you won't now. Every single one of them was super helpful and on top of that their clothing choice is awesome there. Definitely my new favourite store in the mall!!! :)

Poor customer service....me and my friend stood in the store for about 15 minutes....the girls spoke to everyone around us, beside us, behind us....and NEVER ONCE asked us if we needed help. My friend bought clothing but only to support the indigenous designers... unfortunately the store employees never even blinked twice to give us any assistance... completely disappointed. I'm going to email the designers to let them know what happened too....they deserve to know how their indigenous consumers were treated.
