Ella is an amazing eyebrow technician. She is always considerate, kind and professional. She shapes my eyebrows beautifully by tinting and waxing them. I've many allergies and she is always aware of what I can use. I really enjoy this 'treat' of going out to see her - and coming home with beautifully tinted brows!Service: Waxing

Ella at the brow bar is so amazing! I’ve been having issues with my brows for years so I thought I should get a professional opinion. During the service, Ella talked me through her plan for them & even showed me how to fill them in after the wax. They’ve never looked better! I am so pleased.

I had booked to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted, because not having to fill in my eyebrows would be so nice, and I was looking forward to saving money on brow products. The waxing was good, it was the tinting that was a waste of money. I had said I wanted my eyebrows about the same darkness that I fill them in. The tint was put on and taken off about 3-4 times and my brows looked literally the exact same every time. I looked like I hadn’t filled my eyebrows in, they didn’t look tinted AT ALL. If you plan on going to Sephora to get a tint, maybe just skip it and go to an actual brow barService: Waxing

Taryn was extremely professional, I am hesitant about getting my brows done. She wasn’t pushy, explained all the services properly and offered changes if needed. I was so impressed with how natural they look! As a ginger, it’s hard to match colours, but Taryn did exactly that, and I left with the product. Simone is the only one I trust with my brows!!!! I’ve had some seriously wonky brows from other places in the past so i’ve been very hesitant to get them re done after growing them back finally, and after sitting in her chair my faith has been restored!! i also really love how they do brow mapping, it’s a great way to follow along and see exactly what they’re doing and it makes sure your brows are shaped perfectly to your face and bone structure, i get really excited to get my brows done now instead of being nervous!! she does an amazing job and makes you feel very comfortable!! the prices are great as well :)

Idk what he name was but she had adorable pink hair and did my brows twice to make sure I loved them. (Tinting) This was today at the Kamloops Sephora :) Super clean and nice and she was just all around good at her job. Qualified, upfront and professional. My best friends are aestheticians . I know a good job from a bad one! She did a great job:) so happy w/ the outcome and the service. By far the best job I’ve had done since COVID started. (They are so sanitary) she was so responsible ! Honestly amazing! Made my entire day! Thank you Sephora! Wish I remembered her name. I will be coming back. I hope a manager sees this!Service: Makeup services
