I have my mortgage through this branch..Firstly, they screwed up the mortgage agreement and it had to be revised. It was me who caught the errors, not them. Then I switched jobs and needed to change my biweekly payment date. I was given wrong information by Yash that almost resulted in a missed mortgage payment. And now they. ve neglected to pay my property taxes properly and still have not communicated a resolution. I can’t believe these guys are in charge of my mortgage. The word Incompetent doesn’t cover it. This is money. This is supposed to be their area of expertise . I’m still waiting for these guys to fix their error. Unbelievable lack of service and expertise. I don’t trust their knowledge at all!

They froze my account because I made online purchases. I was on hold for over 2hours for this problem then they asked me security questions that no on can answer and froze it further. I never gave anyone permission to freeze my account for anything and always make online purchases. It's Canada day and now my family has no money to enjoy it as my account is frozen. Very disappointed in a bank I've been with for years and I am very much considering changing banks.

Yosh was so unprepared for an appointment made to deal with my deceased grandmother's loan it was embarrassing. No condolances, sat in silence looking at the screen for half the appointment and had to excuse himself multiple times to ask for help. Most of his answers were "I'm not sure" and " I don't know". I would recommend asking for someone with more experience next time as nothing was dealt with today.

Very bad service.Not returning calls after I tried calling and left voicemails for 3 days in a row. Drove 1 hour twice for nothing. Was trying to open an account but look like I ll find another bank instead ...

My husband and I have a personal as well as business account sat the BMO north shore Kamloops. The staff go out of their way to help us with changes in our banking and having a fraud in our store. I have been treated like family coming into the back the tellers know my name and the managers go out of their way to help when needed. I would highly recommend BMO north shore for your personal as well as business needs

So far on hold for an hour still no answer. To discuss the 3rd time etransfers have shown as deposited but money is not in my account. Since they didn't deal with it first 2 times. This time in the AM I will be calling the police to make a fraud claim against the bank itself. Unless you want your money stolen right from your account. Go to Scotia or td or anywhere else

Update...after speaking to the branch manager he had cleared up some of the issues and looked into the ones he could not address. After speaking with him the issues appear to be upper internal issues and not as much branch issues. Much happier after the conve6Absolutely the most unprofessional bank I have ever had to deal with. The incompetence of some of the staff and the manager show by the day to day dealings and lack of information at this branch. I feel poorly for anyone that has to deal with them all the time.

Participating in shady collection practices, taking people's BC recovery benefits out of their bank accounts without notice or a financial assessment (Don't worry! The fine print say's their allowed) if BC Recovery benefit was intended to pay off CC debt they would have been able to apply to garnish it, Simply A disgusting act .The Branch Manager does not return phone calls or emails (Been 9 day's now ?, really professional). Shame on BMO for doing this during a pandemic and i feel sorry for anyone who thinks their money is safe in a BMO account.

Waited outside for half hour. Went in with a cheque that's from BC Hydro that is a BMO cheque, the teller asked if we were BMO clients. We said no.She said sorry we can't help you if you're not a client. Even if it is a BMO cheque. And the teller dismissed us.

Always seem to have the worst results when dealing with any BMO branch. They do not own up to errors they make unlike when dealing with CIBC.
