I cannot choose zero star for this review. I was there on July 25th to request a refund of wrong payment to mobile company. The staff Evan (maybe I am wrong) told me 10 business maximum will return to my account. There is no Service Request number was give at that time. Also he is not familiar with his work. One more time in April, I asked for financial support document. He printed a transaction history to me without any seal or signature to prove this document is official and authentic. The worst bank!

These guys are ridiculously lazy and unprofessional. Specially the person named Aaron Daniel. requested to get my PAD changed to a different account a week ago. I provided all the necessary information they asked for. But he had never done anything with my file. At the last moment before my due date, I called to check if its done, and they told me it was not done. This has been the most frustrating experience with this bank and I have been banking with them over 6 years.

I’ve only once had trouble at this main branch even when I showed my ID because my branch was fortune and they put a hold on my boyfriends gov’t cheque even though his account was already 6 mos. old , I can see if less than 30 days but come on people get your stereotypical heads. Outta your rearends !! OR better employees.

Coleen is the best employee at this branch in Kamloops. Her long term service and experience has been a value to me over the years. Recently, I had a major issue with my account that needed to be sorted out. The BMO call centre didn't provide any value to assist with my situation, but Coleen sorted it out within an hour, along with updating some of my internal security banking information for me without me even asking. I really hope that this BMO branch compensates and appreciates how much value long term, experienced banking employees, such as Coleen, add to clients who are going through overwhelming situations.

Thank you for a great experience today at the Sahali branch. I had an incredibly humiliating and odd circumstance to deal with, Coleen treated me with kindness and politeness. She did her absolute best to find a solution and covered all the options I had. I appreciate the incredible customer service.

Hi i have been with the bmo for 40 years first in chilliwack now in kamloops chilliwack was great the loops bmo is a joke yesterday i watched 3 people leave wait to long In march i was doing some banking i was passed to 3 people what really pissed me off was 2nd one i waited 2 weeks i found out he was on holiday ps the first one was great but he left to go for family problems iam moving to other bank when i am finished i will go up the food chain

Got a new job was excited highest paying. But get paid by check. Bank Gave me and my family of 5, 15 percent of my own work check almost seemed racist. Looks like I can't work this week.
