We were there on a very busy day and it seemed as only 2 staff were working and one seemed to still be in training. The other lady was very ontop of things in helping everyone as much as she could all while training as well. She was patient with everyone and super awesome! We walked out with 2 new pairs of shoes ! Thanks !

Staff was friendly and helpful. When they didn't have the shoe that fit they helped find an alternative. I believe the employee name was Sarat. He was very nice and helpful.

My experience here was being greeted by the staff as I told them I'm just browsing. I was immediately getting followed around the store by the male employee to the point I left solely because he made me extremely uncomfortable. I get that I'm a solo male in a store but I don't need my butt sniffed, thanks.

I just had the most lovely exchange with Malika and Emily. They managed to help me find my fussy kid a few items, while being both professional, and friendly. I had such low expectations were going to the mall as retail customer service just isn’t what it used to be, but I have to say these two young ladies were great. I hope their supervisors know how lucky they are to have them.

Told employee that I saw someine stealing, he laughed and said " If I don't see it, go for it"! While he and his co worker were watching something on their phone/ computer.

I’ve been in a couple times recently and I have nothing positive to say. The store was an absolute mess, things were all over the place. The last time I went the store smelled like wet shoes, and there were so many boxes all over the store. The boxes along with the poor floor plan makes it difficult to even walk around, I often have to squeeze through shelves to get where I want to go. The attitudes of the workers is terribly unprofessional, and as a worker in customer service I was deeply disappointed. The people I was with never got greeted, and when I was greeted the worker used an annoying/disappointed tone which made me feel like I was a massive inconvenience to them. If my coworkers acted like that, personally I wouldn’t let that slide. I can’t see the store being fixed any time soon so I will not be going in again.

The girl who I think is maybe the manager? Super unprofessional - shoes were tagged wrong and we addressed it - they wouldn't honour it and she was very rude and her facial expressions were just disgustingly arrogant.
