“We don't eat a lot of beef, generally. We had a big family day in town, and our ladies informed us they wanted to have steak. Walked out of summit with a choice ribeye and beauty sirloin, with a smile on my face. The beef was raised local, cut straight, and well laid out. Packed with care, and reasonably priced. These guys have served us well over the years, and I'm happy to come in, whenever I'm able.

“I absolutely love this place! The quality of the cuts, the selection is great, plus it’s all local!!! I’d suggest picking up your favourite cut of steak, and pick up some pepperoni, and maybe some marinaded chicken, it’s delicious!”
