We recently moved to this area, but our "Cap-it" was Abbotsford installed cover started to move. We took it to this branch and they quickly fixed the problem, without any headache. That means so much these days, you have no idea! Get your covers and caps here!

I needed some spare parts for attaching Thule kayak racks to my roof racks. You know those bits and bob pieces. Managed to find the parts for me and got me on my way. The cost was smile and a thankyou. As always a good place to patronize!

I had thought I made an appointment for a tech to look at an old Retrax tonneau on my 09 Ridgeline but nothing was documented. The tonneau was stuck in the closed position and even though they were busy, they made time to look at and repair the problem gratis. Unheard of service for these days, great, fast friendly service. Unparalleled, more businesses should take note.

After searching endlessly all over town for a singular u-bolt for my Thule, I gave it one last effort at Cap It Kamloops. The staff was friendly and checked their inventory to see if they had what I need, and THEY DID!!!
Next time I know to make them my first stop.

Called about a product and thankfully they had what I needed in stock but when I leave work at 4:30pm, show up at 4:50pm and find the doors are already locked with the lights out, that’s frustrating. I already knew what I wanted and wouldn’t haven taken more than 2 minutes. When you say you’re open to 5, stay open until 5 for those who can only make it after they get off their own day job. Very unprofessional.

Highly recommend, everyone who works on the counter is so pleasant and respectful, being a female it's hard to get treated with respect and not treated like i dont understand my truck. The crew here make me feel welcomed and explain everything needed for my truck. I've gotten a light bar along with headlights/fog lights installed and all done perfectly.
Will always recommend Cap-it Kamloops ?????

Only place that refuses returns on wrong orders parts. Electrical is understandable but not steel hardware that wasnt used.

They helped me find what I needed and did a great job installing the gear. Dave on the front desk found the best deals on products for my 2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara and Kyle did a superb job on the install so the vehicle could be flat towed with our motorhome. Very impressed with Dave’s product knowledge and Kyle’s craftsmanship. Well done!!
