Went it looking for some fall clothes.
Wasn’t greeted, not told promotions . I had a handful of stuff, stood by the change room for five minutes and then finally decided to let myself into an empty one. Normally I would be patient and wait for someone to let me in (cause most of the time they are busy) but I was the only customer in the store at the time.

The store manager Berkha was amazing I walked in and she greeted with such great present and help me every step of the away! She also built my confident label up kept making sure I was comfortable Thank you so much my dear. God bless you.

Awesome place to shop and staff was very helpful. Berkha manager was very polite and very knowledgeable. Love to shop in eclipse again.

Poorest customer service ever the girl with the glasses on the cashier counter was too RUDE…..even didnot respond to the HI at all . I wish i can give 0 star ⭐️

Customer service is officially dead. Never been spoken to more rudely by a "manager" in my entire life. This "manager" refused to accept my valid return for a refund within the refund period, refused to provide her name (I found out her name after as she identifies herself as the manager of the store on social media), refused to provide the number for customer service, and then started yelling at me in front of my children. I used to shop here frequently but after that experience I will never ever return. This "manager" should be incredibly ashamed of herself. I am beyond disappointed.

Really terrible customer service and zero inspiration as far as supporting me to select a dress for my 13 year old daughter. The staff couldn't care less about helping customers.I didn't see one team member speak to a customer the entire time I was there.Trying to get an original thought was like pulling teeth out of a crocodile. Unpleasant at best. ????????????????????

Best place in Kamloops to shop. I come through every few months and to stock up my wardrobe, the staff is always fun and helpful. Hard to find excellent service like this in retail nowadays.
