“I went to 3! Different Telus stores in town and sat on the phone for half an hour before going in here as a last ditch effort to resolve my issue. It was the only telus experience I got, including the phone call, where the staff actually greeted me upon entering, they were friendly, polite, and mostly importantly the only ones that could seem to help me with my issue. Didn't get the gentleman's name that helped me but both him and the young girl working with him were a pleasure to deal with after my experience as a whole. If you have questions or concerns regarding your account I would highly recommend dealing with them above the others in town. Thanks again for helping me out!”
“I just finished a fantastic experience purchasing a TV from.the great crew at Kamloops Visions. When opened their google reviews I see a gentleman complaining about me a customer who had to bring a trailer to load the TV safely. I did have no options to park anywhere. It is a 2 way through back alley and yes I blocked it for 3-4 mins. I am sorry to the young man who didnt go the other way out. But huge thank you to the staff who helped me with care and attention for my new super excited purchase. Thank you everyone for being awesome. I will be back for more goodies.”

“great place to get a warm drink or snack and wait for the bus, and the only place near the exchange for that sort of thing. it's especially appreciated in the winter. occasionally sketchy, but I think people overreact and see any homeless person as a threat.”

I have asked someone who works in here, she is very nice and guide me to get it. Milk is set near Tim side where individual for a fridge.Great and nice attitude to customers who come to visit, which surprised me.”

Only reason for 4 stars, not 5 stars is that Best Buy online is horrible. They post things that they say are in stock that aren't in stock.They have things you can buy online that you can't buy online.And it just causes problems that the poor in store staff are left to try to figure out”

I once again had the pleasure of purchasing a Fridge from the Brick in Kamloops just recently, we had some unforeseen issues with the installation, the sales person Mike Ishmael went above and beyond to solve the issue. Kept on top of it and phoned me afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly and I was satisfied. I will be needing a stove in the near future, and I will definitely be looking for Mike. Excellence customer service.”
