The ridiculous hoops you have to jump through to rent a vehicle is disgraceful. I'm stranded in Kamloops bc & trying to get to Vermilion ab & it's almost impossible to rent a vehicle from them! the Staff is awesome, it's the higher up idiot inconsiderate policy makers who don't like customers

wow. useless. Icbc uses these guys im not sure why because it's been a week and I still don't have a rental car. I come in again today and they tell me 2 more days. So glad that my truck was stolen and these guys are keeping me from working. People who can't drive In the snow take priority I guess.

Had a few complications as my reservation van had not made back from a bodyshop in time but they absolutely did everything possible to not delay my trip and keep things on track. I drove from Kelowna to rent from them and it was worth every minute of the drive. I love using enterprise. Top notch

I would not recommend this location, I had a rental car booked in advance and they were to pick me up at a local car dealership at 8:00 am as I had to be at work for 9 am. No one showed up until 8:40 after several phone calls., when we got to the rental office after taking down my information I was told they had no car for me, not cool. When the guy that was helping me left half way through this process got in a car and left the lot my frustration got worse, my husband had tried calling the location to find out what was going on no one would answer the phone. after all the confusion and disorganization of staff clearly not knowing what they are doing I get a car. This is now 09:30 am very late for work. I think the only thing that really pissed me off was the lack of customer service, no apology. Will not be returning to this location and do not recommend this location.

Even though I had to wait 20 minutes for my rental to be cleaned, I still give 5 stars. Why ? Because he was super nice about it. Gave me a discount, and it was my fault ! I put in the rwrong pickup time And the car was nice. And the location is right downtown, very conveniently fort me. I would rent again N.P.

I recently rented two vehicles from this location, spanning the last two days of march 2020 then again on the first seven days of april. My first experience was good and conducted in a professional manner. However the second rental is what leads to write this review, and wish I could rate this location and it's staff in negative stars. I reserved a vehicle, that once I arrived on site was not available. Once they retrieved a substitute vehicle for me (an uncharge at my cost) we proceeded to do the walk around. The vehicle (Subaru Forester) had a crack in the windshield starting at the centre bottom and curving toward the left approximately 15 cm in length. The rental agent made the comment "The windshield is on us" and went on to complete the walk around. When I returned the vehicle 7 days later The check-in agent noted the crack (still exactly the same), When I informed him that it was noted at check-out time he said he needed to check with the rental agent. Once the rental agent came back in he stated to me and the check-in agent that the crack was not there at the time I took the vehicle. I spoke with him at considerable length over this claim he made. In the end I am going to be charged for damaging something I had no hand in as he stated repeatedly "I would never miss recording damage such as this, and I (me) are trying to get out of damages making false accusations". If you find yourself in need of a rental vehicle in Kamloops, British Columbia there are many choices, all of which would be better options that Enterprise Rent-a Car. Learn from my mistakes read fully through their walk around report before leaving, and with the advantages on video recording with cell phones record the whole walk around process should you have to rent from this business. The staff and management are very unprofessional in manner and to put it bluntly are liars, they should not be able to continue on in such a manner. I have lodged a complaint with the corporate office of Enterprise, and even though this will most likely do nothing for me getting charged for damages I did not make, hopefully it will result in serious changes made to the staffing of this location and how they conduct themselves in the companies name.
