Came as a walk in on Saturday in the middle of our cross Canada trip. I was welcomed with open arms, all the staff was really nice and I walked out with a fresh cut for a very reasonable price.
Sad I will not be able to come again ;)

Full disclosure, I am a 68 year old white male with a very sparse set of follicles. I walked in for a neck trim, one lady waiting and no chairs occupied. This lady declined service by the twenty something "male" who was wearing make-up, earrings, and had painted fingernails, but readily admitted to being a junior stylist. Hence this young man asked me to be seated in his chair, we had a brief discussion, and he trimmed the hair from my neck using two different clippers. The entire procedure took less than five minutes, and the other previously mention client was still discussing her styling requirements with another stylist when I stood up. The kicker came when I was presented with a bill for $23.63. I was very surprised, and was wondering what a full blown hair cut would set me back. Needless to say I won't be taking my business here any more!!!!

This is really our first choice for hair services. (I bet you have never heard that before. Lol)
But seriously, we have had very good service. The staff have a great attitude, and customer service is amazing.
We have never had a bad haircut.

Kinda just a bad experience. I Was in town visiting family this weekend and decided on a hair cut. Walked in Saturday to see if there was any availability. I was taken in right away (super awesome). I got a newer staff member. When I got back to the house, I realized that a bit to much bulk was left at the top. I returned on Sunday to have it fixed and the Manager had a chair open. It seems she took too much on one side as now I have a large bald spot. This is My regular place I go to when in town, so just a bit disappointed. Good thing it's hat season!
