Worst customer service I had ever had. The manager and the rest of the workers at the store were hostile, and I didn’t know that Footlocker required customers to do the employees' jobs.

Shouldn’t have to take a shoe off the rack and take it to the front where three employees are leaning around talking to each other to ask for a size and then have the wrong shoe brought out to me twice.

Just left the store now, Very poor customer service! The three salespeople on the shop floor including the lead- Mandy were very rude.I wish I could rate them zero!

Went there today and the girl rudely scoffed when I asked to see some sizes in shoes…She made me feel bad for even asking but it’s her job? I usually walk by this store and will continue to do so. Maybe hire some friendlier staff.

Went there around 4:30? This young guy who was working at the counter seemed annoyed that I was shopping there? Is he the son of the owner? He's acting as if he is one. Good thing this girl helped me instead of him. I found the shoes i want, i wasn't even there for 10mins I don't know why would he be annoyed I didn't even asked for his help or anything. He was really rude. He threw my receipt and acted as if me being there is a nuisance. Honestly I only bought my shoes there because it's near the entrance, if their employees are like this I'd rather go to sportcheck or softmoc.

I ordered a pair of shoes online, discount I had wouldn’t work. I ended up ordering and calling customer service they said to wait until shoes arrived and they would apply discount. I just called and they won’t apply the discount/refund even though I have a screen shot of the coupon now working

Bought a pair of shoes for my girlfriend, she realised they didn't fit her before putting them on. She packed them up and shipped them back for return. The Footlocker team were unbelievably unresponsive, not informative and were not able to process the return due to "being used".I bought them on the website through paypal, so we were not able to go back to the store. The business has not given any updates unless we pester them for answers, they have had the returned shoes for a week and have not spoken to us about sending them back, replacing or returning the money. It's like they trying to keep the shoes and money.1/10, would go lower. Absolute scummy business model.

I feel upset as I live 3 hours out of town and I got sold a Nike's that is youth 7. I usually buy ladies 8.5 which I asked for and never got.

One consistent thing you will find at every Foot Locker in BC and AB is rude staff or they are just missing in action.While the product is available, be prepared for groans if you ask to try on more than one pair.

I've been to this store 2 times and staff just stare. Not one offered help. Won't ever purchase shoes and clothing ever here
