Last year I went to fountain tire to get my winter tires put on, they were already on rims. I asked them to make sure that they use a wire brush to scrub out any debris, they said they would do it. I go to grab my winter tires this year. What do I find? A huge pile of sand on my patio. How hard is it to do a simple task? I will never give them my business again. If you can be trusted with the small things, I won't trust you with the big things.

Very happy with Fountain Tire on Lansdowne in Kamloops. Customer service via email was super quick. They beat everyones price with out me asking. Customer service in person was 10 out of 10 as well. They replaced my 4 tires well I waited and it did not take long. Had a very clean comfortable waiting area with great coffee. Definately recommend. Thanks!

Stopped in at 0800 in the morning with a flat tire I needed fixed to go out of town. They had it fixed and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Excellent service! That’s why they always get my business . Jack

Ray, the owner, was awesome to deal with. Really helpful in putting a lift, wheel, and tire package together. Pricing was the best in town. The whole crew was easy to talk to and helped me problem solve minor issues. I’m a new Fountain Tire customer, but that’ll be my new tire shop for sure.

I brought my 2004 Olds Bravada SUV to Fountain Tire in Kamloops a few weeks ago. I received a call saying it would cost $900 to fix it. I told them to go ahead which they did. Later in the day I went to see if it was ready but was told it wasn’t worth looking at anymore. They said I owed them $775 yet the vehicle sounded worse than when I brought it in. I asked what should I do and was told to try a salvage yard. So I ended up paying $775 and selling it for $240! Had they told me it wasn’t worth fixing to begin with I could have saved $775!! I’m so disappointed with the service I’ll never go back nor will I recommend Fountain tire to anyone else. Dissatisfied Customer

Horrible customer service. Tires were put on fine but in the process they broke an expensive golf club that was in the backseat of our truck. They were incredibly dismissive and rude when approached with the issue. Unfortunately I now have to replace this golf club they broke. I will not be bringing either of our vehicles back!
