Best service and honest technicians. They have serviced my audi, my mothers audi and my f150. 100% comfortable sending family to them with 0 vehicle experience. I've never been talked down to, never had unreasonable upselling, and always left feeling confident in the quality of work and recommendations given by the team. And i cant forget Grant is always such a joy on the phone and has yet to miss a detail.

Can’t thank Grant and the staff at Franco’s enough for helping us out today on our trip north. Had some issues with our Subaru heading into Kamloops, and on short notice they squeezed us in last minute and got us on our way. Friendly staff and amazing service—way to go!

I've taken all my German cars to them and always left with the best repair and service. They spend the extra time to research the parts they install to ensure you're getting quality parts and are not afraid to tell you the truth when repairs are and Arnt needed. Never once have they tried to upsell something I didn't need; I trust them with my whole family's vehicles and always my first reference when someone asks for a reliable mechanic.

My Experience with Francos has been fantastic, they helped me diagnose my vehicle prior to my appointment, and upon my appointment the service was excellent and fair, they helped me in dealing with an extended warranty I had on my vehicle and even finished the maintenance prior to the estimated labour time. They also worked around my work schedule allowing me to pick up my vehicle after close. Best experience I've had with anything auto repair related, 11/10, couldn’t speak higher of this shop.

These guys are real gems. I just moved up to BC from Oregon and during the arctic blast in January 2024, my improperly rated coolant froze solid and overheated my engine 15 minutes outside of Kamloops. I was beyond stressed -- the temperatures were dangerously, dangerously cold, I had my dog with me because I had had to come to town for last-minute immigration needs, it was a Saturday when few mechanics were open, and I was starting a new job the next day in my new hometown that was 2-1/2 hours away. I managed to get my car running enough to make it in to Franco's and immediately felt so cared for. Even though they were behind schedule on a skeleton crew, they recognized the urgency of my situation and took a look at my car right away. They were kind and compassionate in delivering the news about my coolant, and brought me tea while my dog and I warmed up in their lobby and I tried to figure out what to do -- they made it clear I could stay as long as I wanted and to just let them know if I could use their help. I ended up leaving my car with them for the week while I used a rental to get home, and once the coolant thawed out they drained and replaced it (twice, to be extra sure) and checked my car over thoroughly to make sure no further damage had been done. After earning my trust and loyalty through that experience, I brought my car back to them for my provincial inspection, and again they were super kind, super personable, and did a great job at a reasonable rate. Grant, Andrew, the mechanics whose names I haven't caught, and of course the delightful Franco himself -- thank you all for being a true pleasure to work with and coming through for me when I needed it!

Although my experience was only a brief one, they were able to squeeze in a diagnostic check for my vehicle while I was in Kamloops for one day. Very friendly staff and technicians.
