As implied by their name, everything in this store is really fresh and pure, and I believe that their produce, in particular, is the greatest in the area. This is an incredible store. In addition, the bakery produces a wide range of goods daily, guaranteeing that everything is really fresh. Not to mention, they have a wide selection of deli dishes that are great for a fast snack in between things—especially since visitors like them. The main thing I wanted to highlight is how polite and excellent their customer service is, making you feel comfortable talking to everyone in the store.

I appreciate this place as it has a lot of healthy options but is not a strictly health food store. It’s not the cheapest place in town in terms of groceries but for me it’s convenient.

Love this place, love the atmosphere. Prices are higher of course, but I generally just go for the bakery and those damn amazing Peak Donuts!!

Bakery items are delicious, pricing is decent for what you get. fruit and vegies are fresh too.

I have been going to Fresh Street since it opened and always enjoyed the food; Although it is pricey, the food is usually good quality/brands. Unfortunately after a terrible experience there a few weeks ago I won’t be coming back. After stopping to grab lunch from the deli, I got food poisoning. I’ve eaten from the deli multiple times and the food has always been good (sandwiches, soup, sushi, salads etc.) however after eating sushi from the deli I came down with terrible food poisoning. My family had to call the ambulance, and I went to the hospital, and was unable to leave the house for three days. I am certain I contracted food poisoning from Fresh Street, as my significant other and I had eaten the same food for the previous three days, until she got a sandwich, and I got sushi from Fresh Street. Three hours after eating the sushi I became ill.
Now, all of this wouldn’t have been a deal breaker, except for the fact that when my family called Fresh Street the following day (I was sick still, and sleeping), the management essentially told my family member off, was completely unapologetic, said they “outsource the sushi”… But they make it at the sushi bar and you can watch them make it and put it out??
We reached out to the proper governing authorities, they found a few minor infractions, but nothing major.
Fresh Street has lost my business, only because the management was rude, and was completely unsympathetic when we called to only notify them that they may want to check the other sushi for problems…
All the other staff are great, and I enjoyed my previous business here; My whole family is floored by how the management handled the situation. I hope they can work with customers in a friendlier, more cooperative manor in the future.

What the hall happened! The focaccia bread used to be savoury light and delicious now it is more like day old hard bread with a bit of herbs on it. New baker or new boss???

Fresh St. Market has quickly become my go-to grocery store. Every visit is a pleasant experience, thanks to their wide selection of fresh, high-quality products. The produce section is always stocked with vibrant, fresh fruits and vegetables, and the meat and seafood counters offer top-notch options that never disappoint.
One of the standout features of Fresh St. Market is the friendly and helpful staff. They are always ready to assist and provide great recommendations. The store layout is clean and organized, making it easy to find everything I need.
The bakery section is a personal favorite, offering a tempting variety of freshly baked goods that are hard to resist. I also appreciate their commitment to local products, which gives me the chance to support local farmers and artisans.

We were passing by Kamloops recently. One of Deli female staff, sagar and Adam were so nice to bake the pizza for my family on request. Must visit Fresh St. Market, lots of food options and great customer service.

Employees aren't respectful at all. They don’t care about customers. Some employees are very big liar and cheater. Top management care about those liars & cheaters. For customer they can run their business but If customer will not go over there then what they will do!!!
