I can't believe that's the factory outlet. Usually factory outlets are sloppy and nothing is appealing. Everything was gorgeous, and organized and folded beautifully and 50% off and the staff were great! Great job you guys!

I was shopping with my kids who were scolded by one of the employee who claimed to be a manager but was not. One of my daughters went behind the 40% discount board and was in a very rude manner asked to be seated at one spot which in my perception was extremely inappropriate. If they want kids to seat or stand on one spot then Outlet associates should work on keeping kids engaged while parents enjoy shopping. The best way is to simply talk with them and if you can't work on that then just let the parents handle them. No mother will appreciate their kids being reprimanded by an unknown person. I left the garments I wished to buy and headed out of the store. It was an intensely odious experience

I don’t even feel like shopping in this store. You just get bombarded with associates who constantly ask you if you want help or are you finding everything alright. It is enough when one person asks me. Just leave me alone when i’m shopping. Good customer service isn’t always bugging the customers.

Good service and decent sales. But I was disappointed by the lack of zip up style GAP brand hoodies. Essentially all of their selection were the pullover style.
