Alex the salesman was beyond wise and patient when it came to buying a new work knife. Went above and beyond when we found out a brand new knife had a defect and worked hard to fix the issue. Appreciate the effort and service he provided!

The salesperson first told me my current chef knives were garbage, said only the knives they sold were any good, then cut open his hand on one of his own knives by accident and started bleeding all ove everything and refused to leave to bandage it. Disgusting, unhygienic and completely unprofessional. Obviously doesn’t handle knives ver often so I don’t know why he is working here or acting like he knows anything about knives.

Hands down best selection of hunting/camping/edc knives in town and surrounding area. The staff are beyond friendly & knowledgable, feels like my second home these days. Couldnt recommend this place anymore than i already do!

It used to be a great place to buy men's shaving products. Since the ownership has changed, they have less and less of a selection. Now I'll have to purchase my shaving products online.

Absolutely Disappointed. Went in 2 weeks ago to get my husbands Christmas Gift left my phone number with the gentleman said "he will call when they come in" called last week still no knife in.I decided I would go in store to see if knifes came in and the same gentleman had informed me YES they had come in but had sold out. Boo bad business practice if you ask me. Plus he was an absolute grouch. Same on you.

House of Knives went above and beyond to get me the products I needed in a very short timeframe. Where every other store had told me sorry they do not have the item, Eileen at the Kelowna location House of Knives told me to leave it with her. Within only a few hours she had located everything I needed and figured out the fastest way to get it to me. I am forever grateful and thankful for her amazing customer service!! Would certainly recommend this company over and over again.

Quality advice & service; now this is a business I will support!The Store Manager, Amit Daniels, was excellent to talk to about all things "knives" and keeping them sharp. I had my kitchen knives sharpened there, and will keep them sharp longer now that I understand how to hone and why you need to hone your knives daily to keep them in sharp shape! If you're looking to make a new purchase, it's worth talking to him. If I need new knives, I will definitely buy from him. Most excellent service!
