Purchased a laser jet cartridge and was told it would fit my printer. In trying to get it to work a small piece broke. It was not the correct cartridge which caused it to jam in the printer. When it was returned the gentleman was very belligerent - I even offered to pay his cost on the cartridge but he refused and basically wanted me out of the place. I was more than willing to negotiate the cost to him. Never will I go there again.

very poor quality refill since they changed owners,i'll buy new from now on,it screwed up my deadline for some important documents i had to print off,they could care less,cant see them operating much longer with that attitude...

Won't return again after purchasing leaky cartridges for the 2nd time. Don't waste your money here!
