“Edit* I was called by management who apologized, I would now return to Hub and trust a different agent… Overall not super happy with the experience I’ve had at hub, went in 2 months before our closing date to get everything set up and smooth. Went back a month before to officially set everything up and was told with the tenants we would need a whole different set of insurance and quotes (we mentioned tenants the first time we came in). Now 6 days before closing we are hearing back that she still hasn’t found anyone, we already went with a different option.”
