Bad first expression excpet for the young man who helped me.But it seems management is not aware how credit unions work, shoyld be ablento call my credit union and verify me to rekey my card.But said they were unable, no fault to young man who helped but managment should of being aware of this.

This place is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service. Do yourself a favour and bank elsewhere. Employees are rude, they don't answer their phones, they take zero accountability and they have no idea what they're doing. Very bad first impression and I'm glad I didn't set up a bank account and get a loan through them. Options are very limited in Kamloops, but I'd still not consider them given my experience.
