“I went into Culture Craze Kamloops this specific time looking for a couple new earrings because what I had in my cartilage peircings were not a good fit. I was helped by Avah and she was so sweet, and so helpful and so patient. She took the time to help me look through a few different types, helped me see what each earring/stud would look like and made sure I took part in their awesome sale! It turned out one of the studs didn't fit, so I returned today to exchange it. Unfortunately, I didn't get the employees name, but they were also super helpful and informed me what they thought would work best for my peircing. And again, they were also very kind, and patient. I left really happy with both my earrings and I will definitely be recommending the store and returning myself.”

They sre still in immaculate condition. Recently my fiance took my engagement in to be resized. Doug was prompt and had my ring fit to a perfect size. I highly recommend karateristics.”

She was very knowledgable and professional in helping us with purchasing my husbands wedding ring. I always believe when purchasing things like this that it truly is about the full customer experience that makes it feel exciting. We had to wait for the ring to be ordered in the right size so the whole experience took about 6 weeks and it was pleasant from beginning until the end.
