“I like to windowshop and interact with staff in jewelry stores before I decide to make any purchase. Yesterday I met Mary who was very welcoming and helpful. She gave me time to blabber about my preferences about color coordination, metals, styles and more. After trying a few watches on and what could have seemed to be a waste of time for Mary, it turned out to be a great first impression. I returned the next day and was seen again almost instantly by Mary, but most importantly in a welcoming manor that made me feel comfortable and exited to return and browse. I can go on about how fabulous and helpful she was and how good the experience went (Big ups to Debbie too I believe, my apologies if the name is incorrect, she was also incredibly friendly to me and other customers coming in). I was able to leave satisfied about the watch that I purchased and AS WELL as a nice set of earrings - based solely on understanding what the customer WANTS, but also what the customer is SECRETLY INTERESTED in. I will continue to shop at Anne Loise when I feel like treating myself with something shiny 💎 ⌚”
