They sre still in immaculate condition. Recently my fiance took my engagement in to be resized. Doug was prompt and had my ring fit to a perfect size. I highly recommend karateristics.”

My hubby and kids and I have been here countless times and I've only dealt with three people which are the owners and the one gentleman that works there and they are always helpful , always friendly and extremely knowledgeable about every single product they carry. 100% of the time the customer service is phenomenal.
