Purchased eccentric rings for winter wheels. Try them on the wheels, too big. Second trip to kal tire for the correct size. Helpful employee does her homework and finds the correct ring size, but they don’t have it in stock. She states that she will order them and they will be in on Friday. It’s Saturday and I make my 3rd trip there. It’s the same size as the previous rings. Now I have to wait for them to order and get delivered. That will be the 4th trip and there’s no guarantee the right size will arrive. What a waste of my time.

Update: woke up this morning to the tire flat in my driveway. The same area leaking in the tire. I do believe the tech fixed something perhaps a bead leak? However, they must have missed the main culprit. I’ll have to see if my local Kal can get the job done.
Initial: Kal always looks after their own! I used to work for the company at a different location about 10 years ago.
I was passing through and they managed to squeeze me in for an oil change and leak repair during the busy winter tire season.

We came to get our winter tires put on the rim to go on our truck. We notice after a week or so that 3 of the tires were on backwards!!!!! A shop who is supposed to specialize in tires can't even put them on correctly!!
Unbelievable how service is going down hill. Then to top it off we go back for them to fix their mistake and when they finish and bring it out our back window was open for the rain to go all over our seat!

I always buy my tires from Kal Tire because of the after care service. This visit was a prime example because I've never been here before, but my tires were low, so I popped in to ask to use the air compressor and they said not a problem we'll do it for you! They checked all the tires and said I'm safe to keep going!

These guys are incredible. The power went out and my car was stuck on the hoist just for a basic tire change. They called every person and pulled every string to figure out how to get me down. They were extremely calm, professional and worked as a team to help all the clients. No one was stressed or upset. (Workers or clients) I appreciate every single person's efforts today to get me home. You guys are truly amazing! Thank you!

I dropped off my tires and rims to be put together and balanced. 1/2 hour later got the call that I could pick them up… $188 dollars! They didn’t have to touch my vehicle, not sure how they justify this.

The team here were outstanding. My friend got in a bind with his truck on the way to Peter Hope . He had a badly dented wheel that wasn't fit for driving. After being refused at a different shop these guys took on the challenge and did an outstanding job on short order and saved the day. Thanks so much. Really blown away by how helpful you all were.

Had a late Friday afternoon appointment for a 4 Nokian One tire install at the Mt. Paul location. Was sure I was going to need an alignment as well. They moved up my appointment to accommodate. Despite being short handed, my car was checked in and in the bay as soon as I arrived. I watched as other technicians finished their jobs, go over and all assist the technician working on mine. After install, the car was put on the alignment rack. All 4 corners were within specifications. So, did not charge me for an alignment, when easily could have. Car was ready to go at 4:15. Fantastic service and attitude on a Friday afternoon. Dually impressed. Thank you.

Went in for a motor home wheel alignment and mentioned a niose coming from the back wheel. Alignment done even tho the regular heavy duty guy was off sick. Sticking brake on back inspected, freed up and lubed, no charge. These guys went above and beyond good service! In, out and done in 3 hours.

I've been here numerous times and they always work quickly, even when busy they do it within reason. The staff has always been pleasant and I appreciated they've gone out of their way for me a few times. I'll continue to go to this location.
