I usually have had pretty good service from kipps. I generally don't use the delivery service but today I needed to. My prescriptions need to be signed for, it cost me 6hrs of waiting it. If your in a hurry, don't use the delivery service, drive, bus, pay a cab.

This drugstore is worth more than 5 stars. They have assisted me with my aging Mom, all her med changes and more. Today quite sick with Covid. Doctor called in prescriptions later in the day. Kipps made delivery even after their day end and for that I am so thankful!! Such an excellent team you are at Kipps. Thank you again.

Kipps on Victoria St.. staff very accommodating and pleasant and helpful. Delivery service is great! I've dealt with Kipps since early 70's. No complaints. Highly recommend this Pharmacy.

This was the only pharmacy that would do prescriptions for my kitten on Boxing Day. A strange request, but the employees were so kind about it. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

Satisfactory Service. There appeared to be either a crisis or at least some confusion behind the Pharmacy counter... took awhile to find my order. It was indeed found but the team was definitely discombobulated which did not enhance my visit. They are not my regular pharmacy and unfortunately did little to encourage a second visit.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how blown away I was by the service I received from the pharmacy. I was able to take advantage of their ability to now prescribe for certain things and was able to go there, be seen and talked to and had my prescription filled and was back at work within 25 minutes. Was not rushed and was very well treated. I will certainly be back!

Picked up my medicine from Kipp Mallery at Victoria. The service was friendly and quick. I was also helped with my extended insurance as well.Highly recommended.

The friendly and hard working staff at Kipp-Mallery go above and beyond their job description to meet the needs of their clients. During a snow storm and short a delivery driver, one of the technicians personally delivered my prescription after work. It was much appreciated!

I had a terrible cough that wasn’t going away and I didn’t have any doctor here, I called the Imedicine clinic and it was so quick and so convenient. The medicine they prescribed me got me feeling better the same day. The nurse and the pharmacists were so kind and really helpful. Saved me during a hard time.
